There is no set changeover day, you choose when you want to book
For shorter breaks, winter breaks, days or weekends just take the weekly rate and divide by 7 for the daily rate
For longer than one week just add the appropriate day rate
These rates are inclusive rates, there are no extras
Bed linen and towels supplied together with logs for wood burning stove
Deposit 20% payable on booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to the start of the holiday
